review by Ed Martin and myself, here is the corrected Visioning file that needs
evaluating by your agents for appropriate language in the priority statements.
There were 3 statements that got left off the priority ranking sheet.
I also found that Goal 2, Priority 1 for Pinal County on the color coded
spreadsheet was accidentally overwrote on the version I sent you last. I also
failed to change the scale for scoring in the original version. I proofed all
the scores and corrected a few mistakes.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

at the color coded spreadsheet (<STRONG>Focus Group Top 3 Co. Rankings</STRONG>)
where commonalities are identified for program priorities. Common colors means
that the priorities were grouped together for one statement. If a cell is
white, it is a single observation and did not make it to the final rankings.
Some counties may have more than one priority listed for one of the rankings;
this was due to a tie vote.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

compare the color coded common statements to statments
on the <STRONG>Focus Group
Meeting Ranking</STRONG> worksheet and see if the statements
accurately reflect the input received from the focus groups. We don't want to
change the content we received from focus groups just make sure that we are
saying what they said. Also, have faculty look for words that may elicit a
strong negative response in audiences. If they find one of these words, they
should suggest an alternative.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

this spreadsheet is still in draft form and should not be distributed to
clientele. We will be receiving input from two other counties in mid December.
We want to send out the mailout survey in January after receiving your input.
The mailout survey will not have scores attached and will have a place for a
