Please find attached the list of questions associated with Phase II of

the CALS Strategic Planning process that Dean Burgess initiated a few

months ago.  You will notice that the due date to the Dean’s office

is 13 April.  <br><br>

I am asking the CEDs to initiate the development of a DRAFT version of

the Extension response, which we will discuss  in our upcoming

Tuesday conference call.  The Extension draft will be due Wednesday,

28 March where we can review and discuss this draft.  That will

still allow a little time for revision and the development of the final

by 13 April.<br><br>

I suggest that our particular points of interest or immediate emphasis

should be directed to Question #3, points a, b, and c.  <br><br>
