If you have a colleague whose work inspires, impacts and drives innovation, we encourage you to nominate them. Rules and submission information can be found on the ORP website<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=75c17600cd9e0e1cf3bdb6f4e9363fecb6e3b5c2ad8ffe3316d513813a48b012de41818a72c3be92a7b49f3af21b19e78e743828feb32354>. Nominations must be submitted electronically via Arizona Cultivate. The nomination packet must include in the following documents uploaded as PDFs:

  *   A summary statement that describes the impact and significance of the nominee's research or creative activity and justifies the nomination. Maximum length: two pages.
  *   The nominee's curriculum vitae or resume.
  *   One letter of support describing a specific impact or focus area of importance of the nominee's work. Include a brief statement of the letter writer's expertise and relationship, if any, to the nominee. Maximum length: two pages.
