Dear Directors,

Please see the message below from Interim Dean Staten requesting that we coordinate with his office whenever a request comes from the UA Government and Community Relations.

I know many of you have upcoming meetings with Jane Hays (or have already met with her)-please continue working with her as planned. However, if specific data are requested (e.g., number of faculty positions lost, historical budget reductions, etc.), please coordinate with Bethany before sharing any information.

Additionally, after your visit with Jane, I would appreciate a brief summary that includes:

  *   Who attended the meeting and met with Jane, and
  *   Any recurring themes or key discussion points.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Effective immediately, if you should be contacted by anyone from UA GCR requesting information or data, please refer them to the dean's office, specifically Bethany Rutledge.  Bethany will receive those requests and channel them to me for screening and prioritization.
