[CED/CD/EAT] Tuesday Extension Notes

Hello, all.

Thanks for our brief chat about newsletters. We got some good feedback on things TEN is doing and what it isn't doing. Some takeaways:

TEN is a good place to share events and new publications
  *
People do read TEN
  *
We could use better personnel updates
     *
Maybe a monthly reminder to CEDs and ADs to get personnel info to TEN
  *
TEN could be a better tool for connecting counties to each other
  *
Administrators sometimes hold things back because TEN goes to almost 1,000 non-Extension subscribers on campus

If anyone has any more feedback to offer, feel free to contribute.

Going forward we will work with leadership and develop a plan to relaunch TEN at the end of August.
