Check that - I will set up a Box Folder for you to enter any DEI programming.
I'll get that out tomorrow.
Sorry about that.

We respectfully acknowledge the University of Arizona is on the land and territories of Indigenous peoples. Today, Arizona is home to 22 federally recognized tribes, with Tucson being home to the O'odham and the Yaqui. Committed to diversity and inclusion, the University strives to build sustainable relationships with sovereign Native Nations and Indigenous communities through education offerings, partnerships, and community service.

Subject: DEI Programming
Dear CEDs,
The University is surveying any DEI programming and courses at the UA. For Extension, these would be programs that specifically target DEI or teach DEI concepts.
Please do not include any programming funded by grants or contracts. So, if the program has an account number starting in 3 or 4, do not include it.
This is what Jeff Ratje was referring to at our last CED meeting. Most, if not all, of our programming geared towards DEI is grant-funded, but there may be others I am unaware of.
Please let me know if your county office is doing explicit DEI programming or has a DEI committee of some type.
I know this is a bit confusing, so I am happy to discuss it further with any of you if you wish.
Please send this to me by Monday, February 24. Also, if you have no specific DEI programming, please let me know that as well in an email so we have a record.
Thanks,
Ed
