It is that time of year for the Annual Performance Reviews. This means I will need to get the Administrator review forms out to your staff. Please share a list of your direct reports with me so that I can begin this process. I will begin reaching out to each of you soon to schedule a one-on-one with Ed sometime toward the end of March.
