[CED/CD/EAT] County Extension Director Retreat Spring 2026

Dear Directors,

Cooperative Extension will be hosting a face-to-face meeting with all County Extension Directors, affiliated AES and Center Directors, and all Academic Unit Heads in late the Spring of 2026. The meeting will take place in Tucson this year, starting at 12 p.m. on the first day. The second day will be a full day and ending at noon on the third date. We will invite all Academic Unit Heads and AES Directors to attend on the first day to give updates and reports. Extension will cover all travel expenses, including any overnight stays required.

I am including a link below to the scheduling poll. Please complete this form no later January 9th, 2026. Once we have the dates confirmed, we will set up the meeting locations, lunches, and get out an agenda.

Zoom options can be available for AES Center Directors, since traveling for a three (3)+ hour meeting is inefficient for those who work so far from Tucson.
