[CED/CD/EAT] Input for SVRII

Dear Directors,

Dr. Burgess has asked for any input you might have as the University begins searching for a permanent Senior Vice President of Research, Innovation, and Impact (RII).

To give you a little background, Dr. Elliott Cheu currently serves as the Interim. The purpose, mission, etc., can be found on the RII website<https://research.arizona.edu/about>.

If you have any input on what you would like to see in a new SVP of Research at the UA, please send it directly to me and I will forward our input to Shane.

Please share with your faculty and if appropriate, with your staff.

Please send all comments to me by the end of this week - July 26.
