Hi everyone,

Please find the draft CED guidance document attached.  On Thursday afternoon I will go over the document and seek your input, so I thought it would be helpful for you to have it on hand during that session.  If you have time before then, feel free to look through the guidance and think about the organization, content, and potential tools that could help CEDs do their jobs.  In particular, the “tools” sections, which will primarily consist of links to useful resources, are still in the early stages of development.  Thanks to Hattie, Cathy, and Carol for their early feedback on the document.
