[CED/CD/EAT] FCHS retreat

Hi, all. As mentioned at the CED meeting, we are planning an FCHS retreat in mid-June (12-14 June).  We have had a good response by FCHS agents, specialists, and staff, and will have a few external campus partners participating as well.  Extension employee travel and lodging will be covered by FCHS program funds.
Any of you are welcome to attend. 1:00 - 1:30 pm - Welcome and goal setting
2:00 - 5:00 Needs assessment data presentation/facilitated discussion (with CRED)

  *   Including identifying issues/topics for activity on day two
Day 2-Tuesday, June 13
8:00-9:00am-Breakfast and networking
9:00 - 12:00 pm - Group work:  programming and collaboration prioritizing
12:00 - 1:00 lunch
1:00 - 3:00 - Discussion: what do we need to do the work? (capacity, professional development, data)
3:00-3:15 Break
3:15-3:30 walk to library
3:30-4:30 Facilitated library and resources tour

Day 3-Wed, June 14
9-12 - Program planning working groups
