[CED/CD/EAT] Security Equipment

Dear Directors,

I am following up on the survey sent out in early November concerning security equipment needs for office security. I thought I had requested offices to submit requests for assistance, but I don't think I sent an email confirming. So, this is that email.

The Extension state office can assist with equipment. Installation or any reoccurring charges (i.e., if you get a camera subscription) will need to be paid by the office. Be sure your landlord, which in many cases is the county, will allow you to install whatever equipment you propose.

Please submit your equipment requests to Edith Angulo (anguloe at arizona.edu<mailto:anguloe at arizona.edu>). Requests are due February 28, 2023, and money needs to be spent by June 30, 2023.

In addition, I ask that if you have any documents on emergency preparedness or procedures, training manuals, etc., you send them to Dominic, who will upload these and share the link so everyone can see examples of what we already have available.
