AES Leaders and CEDs,

As part of the improvements to campus safety, the Incident Command Systems team has provided direction if you have an emergency that occurs away from the Tucson main campus.

  1. Call 911 and work with local first responders.
  2. When safe to do so, notify the University's Threat Assessment Management Team (TAMT) by filing a report at this website: https://tamt.arizona.edu/. There's a large red button about halfway down the page "Report an Incident." (If the first responder is UAPD, there is no need to notify TAMT.)
  3. Please notify your mission leader - Mitch McClaran or Ed Martin - so that it is appropriately communicated within ALVSCE. Mitch or Ed will share with Shane and me, as appropriate.

Thanks for your help to ensure communication is flowing. Let me know if you have questions.
