[CED/CD/EAT] Encouraging nominations, Shirley O'Brien DEI Award

Afternoon Unit Heads and CEDs,

The ALVSCE DEI Council is currently soliciting nominations for the Shirley O'Brien DEI Award for the fall ALVSCE Awards ceremony.  There are two awards available. The Legacy D&I Champion award is for an individual who has demonstrated exemplary leadership for at least five years. The Emerging D&I Champion award is for an individual who has shown exemplary leadership by initiating a new program or effort in the past 4 years or less. All faculty and staff in ALVSCE are eligible for nomination. Self-nominations are permitted.

Nominations are due by noon on April 24th, 2023. If you require additional time, please let Professor Angela Kaczokwa (copied) know.
