[CED/CD/EAT] Needs Assessment Survey

Hi, all.  This is a quick note to let you know that we plan to go live with the Needs Assessment Survey today.  By the end of the day, you should be receiving a "launch package" from Rachel Gildersleeve on the CRED team that will have live links to the English and Spanish online survey and instructions for accessing the paper and pencil version (English and Spanish), as well as details about geographic targets (where appropriate). Tomorrow, we will have a blurb in the Tuesday notes with the links, as well.

I am out of the office for the week at a training, and often inaccessible.  However, if you encounter any problems, you can email CRED at arizona.edu<mailto:CRED at arizona.edu>, and someone from the team can answer any questions.

Thank you for your support in these efforts.  It will make all the difference in the quality of the information we end up with.
