Hello ALVSCE Leaders,

Attached please find a memo explaining the new ALVSCE Recruitment Guidelines that I created. This document is for all hiring positions and should be viewed as a supplement to formal university guides. I also would like to share the newly updated Faculty Affairs website for faculty searches: https://facultyaffairs.arizona.edu/about-recruitment-hiring. This includes the training that all search committee members need to take. Please share these guides with search chairs within your units, both faculty and staff positions, and encourage their use.

If there are any questions on the guidelines, please do not hesitate to ask.
