[CED/CD/EAT] Detailed geographical updates

Hi, all-
Thanks so much for your efforts in getting the survey out in your counties.  Here is where we stand as of 10/10/2022.  For the most up-to-date information, you can use the auto-updating link at: https://bit.ly/uace2022results .  It's also on our website (https://norton.arizona.edu/uace-needs-assessment-2022) and in Tuesday Notes:

We have also produced our first detailed progress updates for each county.  These reports compare the demographics of Extension Needs Assessment survey respondents in a selected county to overall county demographics according to the 2020 Census and American Community Survey Estimates. The purpose of this report is to show how well survey responses represent the demographic makeup of the county, to suggest where further survey outreach is needed to increase the representativeness of survey data for your county.  These reports also provide you with information on *where* your respondents are coming from, so that you can compare them to original geographic targets (listed in the report, and in the  XX County Sampling Targets file in your county folder).  Again, it can help you know where more targeted recruitment is needed.

These reports are now in each of the county survey folders within the UACE Needs Assessment Survey Distribution Materials<https://arizona.app.box.com/folder/172111611283?s=p5hajk34p99ix0ju543qpd7e6d98m267> Box folder.  Look for a file named "SCENA-Survey-Progress-Update" with your county's name and date (e.g., SCENA-Survey-Progress-Update-SantaCruz-Oct10).
