Once the application window closes, the Foundation will select young adults to represent western states, territories, and tribes. The Institute’s selected delegates will attend a one-day leadership development forum with regional thought leaders, along with former and current Western Governors, followed by the Annual Meeting of the Western Governors’ Association. The Foundation will cover expenses associated with delegate participation.
