Dear Extension colleagues,
Seeing notice of the theme of the Annual Conference and use of the word “challenge” leads me to circulate this recently published invited article. Perhaps it will be useful to circulate when/if you get questions about what options Arizona is considering to address the imbalance in water supply and demand.
