[CED/CD/EAT] New date for CED meeting in Tucson

Yes - that's the plan - all day for CEDs, 1/2 day with dept heads.

I would also like Patty Merk to join and represent Yavapai  - the new CED, Matt can join as well.

Also, I would like to invite Ayman to join to represent Maricopa.

Just to clarify.

This CED/Academic Dept Head meeting starts at 9:00 with the CEDs only.  Then at lunch, the Dept Heads will join.



So unless you are driving in on the 9th for the 9:00 meeting… you might want a room for both nights, Aug 8 and Aug 9.



Tuesday, August 9th at 9:00 – 5:00

The August 9 and 10  dates worked for the majority of those that answered.  So hold those dates.



The meeting will be on campus.  The Academic Heads will come in the afternoon of the 9th.



Once the hotel for the conference is decided, we will try to get rooms for Monday and Tuesday – for those that need it.

A new option for the Tucson meeting is August 9 – all day and potentially Aug 10 in the a.m., before the start of the conference (if that is doable).  This is the week of the Extension annual conference– so it would be almost a full week in Tucson.
