[CED/CD/EAT] 2021 Agent Peer Review (APR) Assignments Are Available in UA Vitae!

Good afternoon,

Thank you all for completing and submitting your UA Vitaes for calendar-year 2021!  The UA Vitae is the official method of record the University uses to capture the body of work for all faculty members.  As Dr. Ed Martin mentioned in his Tuesday Extension Notes message, the task can be cumbersome and never at the right time, but it is great to look back and document what was accomplished.

Entering content is the first step in the annual review process.  The second part is having your entries reviewed by your peers.  This also takes place within the UA Vitae system.  When you log in, you should see a link on your dashboard asking you to Complete Evaluation: 2021 Cooperative Extension: Peer Evaluation

When you click on that link, you will see the peers you've been assigned.  All your peers have the Agent title in Arizona Cooperative Extension.  To view their vitae, click on the eyeball icon.  To create an evaluation, click on the Evaluate button.  And to Submit an evaluation, click the box next to their name and hit the Submit Selected Evaluations.  You can save an evaluation to come back at a later time before you actually submit.

These are anonymous evaluations and are used by County Extension Directors (CEDs) to help in delivering Annual Reviews for Extension faculty.  You are only required to complete three (3) peer reviews and they are due Friday, March 4th, 2022 at 11:59pm.
