I am pleased to announce that Evelyn Whitmer has accepted a position to lead our statewide efforts to document the impacts of Cooperative Extension in Arizona. Evelyn will work on obtaining medium- and long-term impacts through policy, systems, and environmental changes through Collective Impact.  While Ms. Whitmer's focus will be concentrating on this project and continuing her county programs, I have asked Randy Norton to serve as Interim County Director in Cochise County.
