ALVSCE Leaders,

Managing employees can be a daunting challenge for first time supervisors.  How do I effectively manage performance?  When and how do I set expectations?

UArizona's Human Resources has created a new virtual supervisors certificate series to help.  It consists of 7 short videos and a virtual hands-on workshop to practice what was learned.  Please share with your faculty and staff who are new to supervising, or would like a refresher.  It's a good starter and refresher resource for supervisors.
