Dear Arizona Cooperative Extension and Arizona 4-H Communities,

It is my distinct pleasure to share Governor Doug Ducey signed SB1157 yesterday, establishing the "Empowering Today's Youth" Arizona 4-H license plate. The initiative was established and managed by the Arizona 4-H Youth Foundation. I would like to thank the leadership of AZ4-HYF Director, Deborah Lester and Board Chair, Kari Peterson.  Senator Sine Kerr and Representative Tim Dunn for their sponsorship of the bill and their superb stewardship.
