[CED/CD/EAT] HB 2778 Stream Adjudication

[Silvertooth, Jeffrey C - (silverto)]

HB 2778 unanimously passed in the Senate Appropriations Comm. today with a "do pass recommendation".

It is my understanding that both HB 2778 and SB 1150 are passed in the legislative chambers, moving to the JLBC, and will hopefully be included in the final budget when the Gov. signs it.
