[CED/CD/EAT] Cooperative Extension System (CES) Phase Management

CEDs & EAT,

Following a good discussion this morning, continued review of the public health data across the state, and having the benefit of additional input and advice from many of you and several public health professionals today, the final decision on the CES phase transition management is to hold the organization at Phase 0 at this time.

We are all hopeful that the trajectories in the public health parameters will continue to improve in all areas.  That of course is dependent on several factors and very importantly social behaviors.

We will continue to monitor and review the situation on a daily basis and reconvene for a collective review for the CES on 23 February.
