[CED/CD/EAT] CED meeting in Phoenix the week of Dec 6 -- Doodle Poll

Hello,
Ed would like to have a 2-day CED meeting at the MCCE office.  Looking at the week of December 6 -  the meeting will start at lunch on day #1/ending after lunch day #2.  If any day all week is good for you  - pick all days.   Just so we can find 2 consecutive days that work best for everyone.
