Business Officers,

Thank you for your communication and support of employees throughout the UA’s furlough program.  Many have taken all or most of their required furlough time.  However, there are still many who have not.  We are coming into the final pay periods and need to a last push.

Below is the balance of furlough hours that units have remaining (0% remaining is the goal).  Use the ALVSCE Furlough Lookup Tool<https://compass.arizona.edu/report/administration/alvsce-furlough-lookup> and the Furlough Balance Dashboard<https://compass.arizona.edu/report/administration/alvsce-furlough-programs-balance> to identify the individual employees who have a balance to take.  Individually work with them to take the hours before the expiration dates: May 23 (academic) or June 30 (fiscal).
