[CED/CD/EAT] Alternate Testing Sites and Payments

Consistent with our discussion on Tuesday, 1 September, Extension personnel in need of a COVID-19 test who are not in the immediate vicinity of one of the UA test sites, can go to one of alternate sites or any location in their community providing test, e.g. CVS, Walgreens, etc.

If a test is done at an alternate site, the employee should pay and use their insurance, keep the receipt, and turn it in for reimbursement via a Disbursement Voucher (DV).

We are still waiting to see how that DV will be paid for by the UA but the Provost has approved this route of payment.

If/when additional information is available, we will let you know asap.
