Subject: 2ND REVISED DATE - FA20 Semiannual Update and Awards Celebration RESHEDULED

Good morning,

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold the Semiannual update and awards ceremony on Monday November 16 as previously planned.  I've checked as many of your calendars as possible and the newly revised date is Tuesday, December 8 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM.  Please release Mon 11/16 and add 12/8 instead.  Parker is unavailable that day, but this should work for the rest of EC since we will postpone the standing 11AM zoom check in meeting.

A general save the date notice will go out in the weekly bulletin, but please reschedule your calendars now.
