Subject: Group 7 Cooperative Extension Re-Open Proposed Plan

Good Afternoon,

The attached version is what was submitted this afternoon to the Provosts office. I appreciate the fast and furious nature of the turn around on this document. There are a couple of key considerations:

-          Group 7 needs to determine the unique characteristics of re-opening for UACE. There are many aspects that we will utilize from other groups.
-          This document now begins it's peer review and administrative review journey. The edits have just begun.
-          We will all have moments where we realized we missed an aspect or fell short on a consideration, please let me know when you have those thoughts and I will do my best to integrate those considerations.
-          Nothing is final until it is final and we need to ensure our employees who have seen this document know that it is NOT finalized until it is finalized. And, if we have learned anything in the age of COVID, nothing is final.
-          I will keep you posted as we move forward.

I think we should meet again next Monday. We will have received the administrative review by Friday, and I will have met with the full working group on Friday afternoon, so we will know what parameters have emerged to tweak the plan by then.
