[CED/CD/EAT] DRAFT CES Transition Plan

Several of you have asked for some clarification on what I requested of you regarding the DRAFT CES transition document I shared with you during our meeting on Tuesday, 5 May.

Here is what I am asking of you:

1)       Review the document I sent you for my use with the entire CES organization.  This is what I requested by Tuesday, 12 May.
2)       You will then later need to develop a document for your unit that operates within the parameters defined in the CES transition document.  You will also have to take into account specific local conditions, such county government guidelines.

Before this CES transition document becomes official and we can begin implementation, I will need to get clearance at the Division and UA administrative levels.
