Dear 4-H Professionals,
Your CEDs and the Associate Directors received directive from Dr. Jeff Silvertooth today that planning for in-person programming is suspended through the entire month of July. All summer camp (including JOLT), national level trips, and States' 4-H Exchange are all cancelled at this time. We will communicate directly with those members as need be. We are hopeful programming on and after August 1 will still take place.
We have messaged so heavily this week about program suspension, I am inclined to wait to share this information until the first Monday of April, when we send our Volunteer newsletter. However, it is important for you to be aware that planning no longer needs to commence for those in-person events.
This is a new development and we are working to identify the best approach, please be on the look out for next steps.
Jeremy
