President Robbins present at the meeting

Provost:

One Faculty and two student confirmed positive cases on campus.

County is responsible for alerting people if they have been in contact with a positive case.

Today is the deadline (not soft deadline) for research mitigation plans in to VPRII. Thank everyone for their hard work on this.

Grad College is working on revised policies to accommodate pass/fail.

If we have any news of Native American Students adversely affected please let provost know (via AD teaching).

In answer to a question from the Dean CoENGER re faculty hiring: "shut it down unless mission critical".

Q. from me if provost has any insights on likelihood of "shelter in place" being ordered: Ans "no, but hard to see how we will avoid it".
