[CED/CD/EAT] Website Messaging

Dear Jeff and Dominic,

Should we consider a "standardized message" that we can include on our county websites about our closures and COVID-19? I'm thinking of a brief message about the reason for the closures, an estimated time span for the closures, a link to recommended best practices for mitigating disease transmission, and a reminder to check back for further information. These are just ideas/suggestions.
