[CED/CD/EAT] Capacity to work remotely

Please make an assessment of your unit's capacity to work and function remotely.  You need to develop a plan for the essential personnel needed to maintain operations at the unit level. Therefore, please identify both personnel and physical resource needs to support those essential personnel and basic administrative functions.

What you need is a very brief outline of essential personnel and equipment needed for your core administrative staff team to function remotely, as it may be necessary.  We need to plan ahead and do so right now.

Please develop this outline and send it my office by 12 Noon Tuesday, 17 March 2020.
