Good afternoon,



After careful consideration, amid concerns over the Coronavirus (COVID-19), it is with regret that we have made the decision to postpone the CALS Spring Awards Dinner, originally scheduled for Friday, May 1.  There are just too many unknowns now and we are concerned for your personal health and safety, and that of your family and friends.



We have rescheduled the event for Friday, October 2, 2020 at the Hacienda del Sol Resort in Tucson.  Please reserve this date on your calendar and notify any guests you were planning to invite of the change in date.  We will resume preparations for the event, and contact you once again in July.



We apologize if this change in any way inconveniences you. If you have any questions or wish to RSVP now, please do not hesitate to contact Sonia Burnett at soniaburnett at arizona.edu<mailto:soniaburnett at arizona.edu>.
