You're receiving this e-mail because you were awarded Extension Strategic Investment Program (ESIP) funds in 2019.  As part of that approval, you were asked to provide a six-month progress as well as a Final Report after one year.

Please use the Final Report link<https://arizonace.quickbase.com/db/bp6rtf6fb?a=nwr> to access and complete your report submission no later than Friday, March 20, 2020.  Here's what you will be asked to provide in the submission form:


  *   Your Name
  *   Your E-mail Address
  *   Project Name

  *   Program Area
  *   Project Summary (<250 words)
  *   Project Progress/Activities (<250)
  *   Issues or Challenges (<250)
  *   List of Team Members
  *   Upload a one-page budget of your project.  Excel format only.
  *   A possible Tweet on the impact of your project (<280 characters)
