Calling for a General Assembly on June 25, 2020 from 2-3 to discuss and vote on delaying implementation of the furlough/salary-based furlough/and pay-cut plans set to start on July 1, 2020 until September 2020 to allow time for study, revision, clarity, and communication to employee stakeholders.

General Assembly Meeting is open to: Members of the General Faculty, Staff and Graduate Students. Only members of the general faculty will be able to vote during the meeting. As a reminder, members of the general faculty include: Individuals who hold at least half-time tenured, tenure-eligible, or continuing eligible faculty appointments; Individuals who hold at least half-time multi-year career-track appointments; Individuals who have held at least half-time year-to-year career-track faculty appointments for three (3) of the past four (4) years and who currently hold lecturer or ranked professorial titles that do not include an adjunct or visiting modifier, and, individuals who hold Emeritus status. Individuals who are not certain of their general faculty membership status may crosscheck their name and information in the University of Arizona Phone Book.
