[CED/CD/EAT] CS&P Covid-19 Section Update

Hello,

The Provost has updated the Promotion Dossier Templates by adding in an optional section 2A Impact on Career Progression from COVID-19<https://facultyaffairs.arizona.edu/sites/default/files/2020-21_02A_CT_CSP_PT_Career%20Progression%26COVID-19.pdf> (DOCX<https://facultyaffairs.arizona.edu/sites/default/files/2020-21_02A_CT_CSP_PT_Career%20Progression%26COVID-19.docx>)

It's fine to slip in Section 2A after you receive external reviews, if that's easier. This is unusual, but has been approved by the Vice Provost.
