Inpatient hospitalizations for patients with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 hit its highest number on Wednesday, with 1,291 hospitalizations. But he disputed suggestions that he ended the stay-at-home order too soon, and said the state's hospitals have adequate capacity to handle the growing number of cases.

They're providing sneeze guards, hand sanitizer stands and masks so stores could reopen and still help slow the spread of the coronavirus.
“If people need help and are scrambling, we are a resource. We can provide answers or figure it out quickly,” Sacks said.
