[CED/CD/EAT] Purpose of the Safe Return Pledge

As a matter of clarification, please understand that throughout this discussion regarding the Safe Return Pledge (SRP), that mandatory signing has not been the goal or purpose.  As we discussed at last week's CED meeting, it is entirely up to the unit heads, e.g. CEDs, to implement and manage.

The purpose with the SRP is to provide unit heads a tool for use in the unit in an effort to manage full compliance of UA face covering and social distancing policies, which are mandated for everyone working in a UA Cooperative Extension unit, including DCCs and volunteers.

If they work under the UA and CES banner, then UA policy compliance is absolutely mandatory.
