Happy holidays!



Before your minds turn completely to holiday joy, please take some time to review the Qualtrics survey below with your hiring wishes for FY22.  This is a new process for us and will aid the EAT team as planning starts for the new FY.



How to enter hiring requests:

*         The Qualtrics survey can be found here<https://uarizona.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3dZLAJ0W1pPks6x>.

*         Compass website<https://compass.arizona.edu/>-> Business Services -> Business Resources<https://compass.arizona.edu/dbs/business-resources> -> Human Resources & ERE -> "Faculty Hiring Request Form" and "Faculty Hiring Plan Process"



Any approved hires will need to be submitted by your unit business officer as part of the Axiom budgeting exercise.  As a result, please see the timeline below:



Timeline:

*         January 15th - Deadline for all Continuing Eligible/Continuing Extension faculty hiring requests submitted through Qualtrics process

*         January 16th - 29th - EAT will discuss and approve hiring plan, with any split hires receiving approval through EC. Announcement to Units will be made by January 29th.

*         February 1st - deadline to have faculty hires entered into Axiom



 Although this process is not a guarantee of receiving permission to hire, we appreciate hearing your needs while formulating plans for FY22.  We look forward to reviewing your requests.
