I do not know. I will have to check with Cecilia. This has been occurring and it was my understanding she had it worked out.

I will check.

Jeff,

When I try to use CVS as a provider, it still says I'm not eligible. Is there some other wording we need to be aware of?

CEDs,

Please be sure to work with personnel in your units to find the best sites for testing in your areas.

Dr. Cecilia Rosales has provided a set of primary UA testing sites (Mapa attached) and a set of alternative sites (attached) if the UA sites are not the most easily accessible for your personnel. Please refer to these references to find the possible sites.

Please communicate and work with personnel in your units to find the best testing sites for them.

I appreciate your cooperation with this.

Best regards,

Jeff

Cecilia,

Thank you very much for your response to Greeta and for providing this update. I assume you are sharing with Greeta and others like this the same list of alternative sites that you shared with me earlier and we dealt with this past week as well.

Every county Extension office has a director, analogous to a dept. head in an academic unit on a campus. I have sent all of this information to the County Extension Directors (CED), such as Hattie Braun in Coconino County, and it is their responsibility to communicate the information to personnel in their units. The same is true for Greeta in Pinal County.

I will share this with the Pinal CED and all of the others as well in an effort to reinforce this point.

Thanks again for your work on this and for keeping me posted.

Best regards,

Jeff

Buenas tardes Jeremy and Jeffrey. I responded to Greeta Mills about her testing needs and provided alternative sites. You may want to send these to others in Pinal County that may need alternative sites for testing. See Greeta's email and my response. Saludos, Cecilia

Hi Greeta, is it difficult to travel to Phoenix for PCR testing? We have plenty of openings tomorrow morning and afternoon as well as on Monday and Tuesday next week.

The Antibody testing you can receive at Sun Life Family Health Center in Casa Grande. The link to the statewide testing is the following: https://covid19antibodytesting.arizona.edu/. Select Educator and schedule date and time.

Horizon Health and Wellness will be offering two different tests this Saturday, August 29 at their Casa Grande clinic for COVID-19 testing day.

Anyone can sign up to take one or both tests. The COVID-19 Swab test is a viral test that tells you if you have a current infection. The Antibody test is a blood test that tells you if you previously had the infection.

You must register to get tested and can do so by following this link: http://www.hhwaz.org/covid-19-testing-registration/ or For more information you can visit Horizon Health and Wellness website at: www.hhwaz.org.<https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.hhwaz.org%2F%3Ffbclid%3DIwAR00QztlawEMyNfRBj5dDzhAkn1ZmGDZ1uDCwXNUyFQ912TzH1ZIbpvyN-Q&h=AT0adAtg5qCBpGl7Eiz0BkgErbntQmRm3svzKr2y5fbKeMaIKz5bqYW-M9h1nm-gWd7nOOn8EEoW2O0BzfyGv7SHGT4zUe2MQXj7176jcfN5Kuu2rPZXbDAeyDLqvk_PUEO2&__tn__=-UK-R&c%5b0%5d=AT2v7l5iUoGJ5NhZPsBPEhGysxptrPOGLUtGLG24zBb5ZGXHd9NCF5vWfgEexba_qvaZE6PZknL_mFJ9JkeLBUXnkWoNCq6BkJ4CeVgulR-nqVBzqcCqtmggbqRLqcEPoMgCskixxqHCwpq6sGnQPcEjFF11hXCIUkgKk7S0mhPVJgv01D-9-pqq99Rf2t8>

Hi Dr. Rosales,

I attempted to register today for testing at my local CVS, which was on the provided list, and was unable to do so. The reason was "do not qualify for sponsored testing", and then a list of possible reasons none of which apply to me.

Is UArizona paying for the testing, or are we to run it through our insurance?

Thanks.
