Dear County Extension Directors and Academic Unit Heads,

With the support of Dr. Silvertooth, I would like to start a junior faculty support system where we could freely express ourselves in a more relaxed environment. We can share successes, ideas, failures, frustrations, etc. I have done informal sessions for a couple years now with select colleagues and I have found them to be quite valuable and cathartic. Now that we are much more comfortable with some of our remote tools, I wanted to extend the invitation to other junior and/or new faculty.

I would like to keep this group smaller but am walking a fine line with exclusion. My original idea was for Assistant Agents/Specialists, but we could extend to Assistants in Extension and newly promoted Associates so they can share their recent Packet experience. Please review the list I have compiled and see if there are colleagues I have missed. It was compiled from the last new faculty orientation list outside of some new hires I knew about, so please forgive me for any omissions.
