Several of you are doing very well with these monthly summaries and updates.  In a broad and distributed organization this form of communication is helpful for coordination.  You may not see it, but the information is useful to me.

However, this seems to be a difficult task for some.  All that I am asking of you is a very simple summary, one page will suffice.

Please let me know if you are having problems with this or have any questions.
