[CED/CD/EAT] College Faculty Merit Process

Academic Unit Heads and CEDs,

The college is soliciting faculty merit requests for review.  This follows established processes from prior years.  Unit heads will submit a packet documenting and demonstrating the meritorious faculty in their unit.  EC will review and the Dean makes a final decision.  Decisions are competitive and limited by financial resources.

Please complete the form at the linked policy<https://cals.arizona.edu/cbs/policies/compensation-adjustments>, and attach other pertinent information that compellingly demonstrates the meritorious nature of the request.  Packets will be accepted through close of business May 25, 2018.  Packets received after this date will not be considered.  If approved, salary adjustments become effective July 1 or first day of the academic contract (around August 15), depending upon the faculty member's contract term.
