Hi, all:

As an update from our discussion yesterday on UCAP, I confirmed with Emily Musal that our year-to-year faculty remain outside of the UCAP process.  Emily has been assigned as our Extension advisor for UCAP and I have copied her on this email.

YY Agents who are listed in your mapping need to be marked UNABLE TO FIND JOB MATCH with a brief note explaining that the person in question is year-to-year faculty.  Please let me know if this doesn’t work for you and I’ll take care of it during the college level review.
