[CED/CD/EAT] FW: FC Monthly update and Town Hall questions

Dear CEDs,

As a member of the Faculty Senate, I have the honor of also serving on the
CALS Faculty Council.  The Council is sponsoring a Town Hall with the CALS
Executive Committee (now scheduled for October 2, from 1-2 pm - see below).
Although I do not see who has submitted questions for the town hall, I am
allowed to read them.  I can tell you that as of today, there are no
questions specific to Extension.  Perhaps there are no lingering issues out
there - but I strongly encourage you and your faculty and staff to take
advantage of this opportunity.  Please don't make up question just because,
but if you have issues you would like addressed, this is a good opportunity.

I know we have our monthly meetings with Dr. Silvertooth along with TMN, so
perhaps we're a bit ahead of the curve. I just want to be sure that everyone
knows that just because this is taking place on campus, it doesn't exclude
addressing county Extension concerns, if any.

Dear Colleagues,

Please find attached the "We Are Your FC" monthly update. The full meeting
minutes will be posted on our website soon. 

Please, note that the Town Hall with our CALS Dean and EC members is
postponed to October 2nd from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Location will be most likely
in Marley230. However, this still needs to be confirmed. Please mark it on
your calendars. It is a unique opportunity to hear directly from the Dean EC
members about the college's activities and their views on many topics.

You are welcome to send me your questions anonymously, and I'll pass it to
the FC chair. If you feel more comfortable responding via a survey-based
format, please use the link below. As always, and as with the current
question list, all responses are anonymous, and will be presented as such to
the EC.
