[CED/CD/EAT] Microsoft Rural Broadband

There is some chatter around the state that Arizona will be part of 12 initial states taking part in the Microsoft Rural Broadband Strategy which plans to bring reliable internet access to an additional 23-million homes in rural parts of the country by 2022.  I say "chatter" because nothing is confirmed quite yet, but several State Agencies like Az Dept. of Ag and our own CCT are following up for CALS and the UofA.

If you are approached, or have been approached about the project, can you please reach out to Matt Rahr to fill him in?
